9/21/2006 - Impact Warren had gone just about according to plan, until now. Earlier this week, in light of a less than favorable report from a committee, Warren City Council nixed the purchase of the Clark St. building which would have become a conference center.
Plans for First Tower at The Shipyards in Jacksonville Unveiled
Project developer Jacksonville-based LandMar Group, L.L.C. has announced its plans for the first residential tower at The Shipyards in downtown Jacksonville, FLa. The 40-acre, public-private project will have 328 units and be 38-stories tall.
Arcade project given 6-month reprieve
FRAMINGHAM — The Planning Board last night granted a six-month extension for the Arcade developer to secure financing as Concord Street business owners complained the project’s uncertainty is costing them customers.
