FHA offers home purchase and repair program 
FHA (Federal Housing Administration, a part of the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, has long had a program called the FHA 203(k) program. Under this program, a homebuyer could purchase a home and make major renovations from loan proceeds. The process is somewhat technical and time consuming, so FHA has a new “Streamline(K)” program to help people purchase homes in need of minor
