Beware. The Shih Tzus are on the loose in east Cobb. Four shaggy little dogs, which resemble mobile rag mops, were first noticed near a condominium community before Thanksgiving. Child drownings more than double 
CHILD drownings in NSW have more than doubled, prompting a warning to parents to stop thinking of their homes as an oasis of safety.

Two tragic reminders Thursday to watch children around water even during the winter. Phoenix firefighters rushed to a home near 59th Avenue and Thomas Road where two 1-year-old girls had been found submerged in a back yard pool.
